ORDER PROCESSING
Blk Lotus currently has a 48-72 business hours processing time for all orders regardless of the shipping method chosen.
Business hours are Monday to Friday & any order placed over the weekend may be processed on Monday!
ORDER SHIPPING
We do not ship on national holidays. We will offer free shipping for all orders over $99.
You will receive a shipping notification with tracking information once your order has left our loving hands.
Blk Lotus currently ships all orders via USPS Priority Mail from our home studio in Queens, NY.
